Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Stratford upon Avon - £35k package (Full or Part Time)

A rare opportunity to join this well respected, award winning independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive business over the last 15 years.

They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join theirprofessional team in Stratford.

You will have a minimum of 2 years' in Estate Agency and be experienced in all aspects of the role including sales progression.

They are offering a very competitive package along with the option of working full or part time.

As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
Arranging and carrying out viewings
Arranging market appraisals
Providing feedback to vendors
Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
Carrying out sales progression
Selling other services including financial services and conveyancing

Essential Skills Required:

Estate Agency experience
Well presented
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong IT skills
Full driving licence and car for which business mileage will be paid and parking permit provided
