Description

The Trust is looking to appoint a highly effective Academy Improvement Partner with a strong track record of school leadership, significant knowledge and understanding of school improvement, governance, education policy, the Ofsted inspection framework and the SIAMS inspection framework.

They will be committed to supporting the Multi Academy Trust to educational excellence and further developing the distinctive Christian character of educational provision and the school community.


This is a key role, central to supporting the Trust as it continues to deliver its new strategic plan, all underpinned by our commitment to delivering an excellent education for all children and pupils in our academy community.

The role has come about as a result of organisational growth and anticipated future growth, and recognizing the positive impact such a role can have on the academies within the Trust.

Based centrally, you will work across all academies in our Trust.
