A leading international law firm ranked both with Chambers and Legal 500 is seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing M&A and private equity team at their central London office.

You will be working within a national team of 70 lawyers focusing on private equity, M&A, venture capital, group restructurings and joint ventures.

Internationally, the department's Partners lead activity across the USA, Scandinavia and Ireland. Team membershave the opportunity to visit these jurisdictions as part of their work, either in person or virtually.

You will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years PQE
  • A focus on private equity
  • Experience working within M&A
