An independent global construction and property consultancy are looking to add a bright, enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor to their thriving Birmingham team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established cost management team working on a broad variety of projects including leisure, restaurant, commercial and residential new build, refurbishment, and acquisitions.

Working within this team and sector will give you excellent exposure across the whole spectrum of a project, which in turn allows you to gain very good experience and competencies relevant to achieving your APC and become MRICS.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work in close contact with the client, proactively manage the cost of a building project, from the initial design stages through to the building's completion.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

RICS accredited degree qualification
Desire to become MRICS if not already achieved
Client facing
Previous experience working with a consultancy or main contractor
