Duties/responsibilities

Nurture and build strong relationships with customers to ensure they receive a firstrate experience
Take inbound calls
Identify and pursue own business opportunities and leads in accordance with agreed target levels
Manage customers' accounts as part of sales ordering process, paying attention to credit limits and outstanding debt
Support with other daily/weekly/monthly sales office tasks: 3rd party orders, invoicing & enquiries
Keep up to date on product and promotional information
Experience/skills required
Experience of working within a similar role
Detailed knowledge and demonstrative experience of Customer Service Excellence
Detailed knowledge and demonstrative experience of achieving sales and working towards key performance indicators.
Ability to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
Able to show initiative and make decisions in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Maintain a professional attitude, demonstrating empathy, compassion and commitment when dealing with customers and colleagues
Articulate, organised and customer focused
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel

Hours/benefits

37.50hrs per week Monday Friday 08.30am 17.00pm (1hr lunch break)
Saturday morning cover on a rota system 08.00am. 12.00pm (this is overtime paid at time and a half)
