Job Introduction


We have 2 exciting opportunities for a
Case Management Assistants to join our Member Cases & Claims department here at MPS, based in either Leeds, London or Edinburgh This is a 12month FTC.


This role will involve supporting the provision of excellent case handling services for our members ensuring that we provide fair treatment, and outcomes.

You will be assisting the file handlers in managing a case load of non-claim files, working closely with the wider case handling team to ensure excellent member service is provided.

If you are someone who loves speaking to people, wants to work with autonomy, and has excellent organisational skills, this could potentially be the role for you


This role sits under MPS' 'Hybrid Persona' meaning there will be a blend of home and office-based working, to suit you and the needs of the business.

This is typically 1-2 days per week on-site.


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist and advise members where possible to ensure an efficient member service, escalating technical or advice matters as required
  • Support the management of informal complaints / expressions of dissatisfaction to achieve first touch resolution for our members
  • Deal with the post side of the role
  • Support & Assist members over the phone
  • Progress to support with more complex tasks
  • Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Will have some experience speaking to people over the phone
  • Manage difficult conversations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great Multitasker
Being eager to learn and develop your knowledge is important, as there will be lots to learn in your new role


Job Types:
