Summary:

The Sales Support Specialist will execute Internal Sales projects for Hollister UK improving patient outcomes through conversion, product upgrade, warm transfer and execution of an efficient and supportive patient sample journey.

This will also include secondments to Fittleworth (our sister Company) for the execution of specific patient-oriented projects and will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams and key customers/nurses across the Product Business Unit (PBU) and Service Business Unit (SBU) to make life more rewarding and dignified for people who use our products and services.


The role will also include supporting and working with the Secure Start Team to support patients through the entire Pathway and to promote the benefits of Hollister and Dansac products to those patients on competitor brands and non-premium tech products.

The delivery and management of the digital marketing campaigns will also be a key focus of the role.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the end to end sales processes (CSS) to maximise patient conversion, retention and upgrade, including timely sampling and follow up.
  • Overcome objections of potential conversion/ new sales opportunities providing supplementary literature and material for consumer use where applicable
  • Maintain and expand company data base of prospective end users using ethical selling processes and obtaining GDPR consents
  • Educate on product features and benefits where relevant
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and position including the Skin Health Alliance
  • Use clinical guides and tools where appropriate to support consumers with better solutions for their needs
  • Keep knowledge of Competitor products up to date, knowing what needs to be captured and fed back from calls
  • Participate in periodic sales training and development, including product, clinical, marketing programs, customer care, and commercial excellence
  • Provide market insights and feedback based on the trends identified from the various workstreams and projects.
  • Track, monitor and present KPIs and digital marketing initiatives/campaigns progress to wider organisation
  • Coordinate and initiate a call plan/cycle/journey for end users subscribed to the Secure Start program, focussing on month 6 calls and identifying other opportunities throughout the Pathway
  • Support the Secure Start team through the delivery of the entire patient Pathway during peak times
  • Upgrade end users from legacy Hollister and Dansac products to most technologically beneficial/new products within portfolio across the Secure Start/Consumer database
  • Actively participate in digital marketing campaigns and activities providing vital input based on end user interactions
  • Monitor and report on sample requests via digital marketing campaigns ensure standardized, timely follow up to close new business
  • Collaborate with the SBU on specific projects to convert and upgrade patients to our products to improve their outcomes
  • Actively work collaboratively with the Company nurse team, Territory Managers, Secure Start, in order to identify and develop strategic sales approaches and new work streams
  • Make CRM amendments to accounts, sample requests, existing data base end users
  • Where necessary support marketing efforts such as trade shows, association events, patient open days
  • Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvement

Education Requirements:

  • 5 x GCSE's grade A-C
  • A' Levels or equivalent desirable
  • Sales experience ( nonphone) desirable but not required
  • SFDC/CRM Experience and desirable but not required
