About Our Client:


Page Personnel are supporting a highly prestigious, successful organisation based in Wellingborough with the appointment of a HR Administrator to join a busy HR team.

This role offers a mix of office and home working (Circa 3 days office/week)

Working as part of a small team, the role of HR Administrator is a busy, generalist role allowing exposure to a wide variety of HR duties, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting the HR Advisor with Recruitment Administration such as posting adverts and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct RTW/Preemployment checks
  • Assist the HR Advisor with employee inductions
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Maintain staff files
  • Assist the HR Advisor with the training needs analysis
  • Promote wellbeing activities
  • Produce HR paperwork
  • Assist the HR Manager as and when required

The Successful Applicant:

CIPD is desirable but not essential
