Part time Payroll/ HR admin

Birmingham B33

£14 per hour

Minimum 20 hours a week over 3 days.

Key responsibilities.

  • Weekly payroll (approx. 30 employees)
  • Weekly subcontractors pay run (approx. 25 drivers)
  • Monthly payroll (approx. 25 employees)
  • Expenses
  • Calculating overtime
  • Holiday requests/expenses/contracts for new employees/induction packs/new starter forms all input on to our HR system (people HR)
  • Set up new employees on people HR & also generate leavers on the system too
  • General adhoc admin jobs
  • Must be familiar with excel

Job Types:
Permanent, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£14.00 per hour

  • Birmingham, B33: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
