Part time Payroll/ HR adminBirmingham B33
£14 per hour
Minimum 20 hours a week over 3 days.
Key responsibilities.
- Weekly payroll (approx. 30 employees)
- Weekly subcontractors pay run (approx. 25 drivers)
- Monthly payroll (approx. 25 employees)
- Expenses
- Calculating overtime
- Holiday requests/expenses/contracts for new employees/induction packs/new starter forms all input on to our HR system (people HR)
- Set up new employees on people HR & also generate leavers on the system too
- General adhoc admin jobs
- Must be familiar with excel
Job Types:
