Our client has a portfolio of award winning sites and has been established for over 30 years.

Their offering consists of multiple e-commerce platforms, each providing stunning and expertly curated content and gifts for key life event and once in a lifetimemilestones.

The Role

Our client is looking for either a dynamic Junior Product Owner with a proven background in commercial growth, or an experience Product Owner skilled in mentoring junior team members.

At either level you will need to be creative as well as analytical, touchingon all areas of digital and working closely with the wider Acquisition, Ecommerce, Buying and Development teams.

What you will enjoy doing to be brilliant in this role

Work with other Product Owners to develop and deliver the website Roadmap for both the customer journey and end to end Product Lifecycle, from inception to delivery. Ensuring it increases profitability and aligns with the business goals and priorities.
Support end to end Website Product initiatives including research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes, user stories (with UX/Design), tracking, QA, UAT, post launch validation and ongoing optimisation in an Agile manner using Scrum methodologyand artefacts
Work closely with Web designers to bring website vision to life ensuring all assets are on brand and delivered on time
Continuously drive improvements in the online user experience using multiple data sources and customer insight (qualitative and quantitative) to increase conversion rates across websites
Liaise with technical delivery teams on output, translating business requirements into technical stories and vice versa

For the Lead Product Owner role, in addition you will:

Manage business stakeholders, including the CEO, to gather well-defined requirements in line with business objectives and manage expectations as well as gain sign off on deliverables
Lead all end to end Website Product initiatives
Manage output from technical delivery teams, translating business requirements into technical stories and vice versa
Be the goto expert for your product, delivering insight and knowledge that helps us delight our client's colleagues and customers.
