Client Services Co-Ordinator | £22,000 - £26,000 | Cardiff
My client, a heavily customer and Cloud centric business are looking to hire a Client Services Co-Ordinator to join their driven team to focus on customer performance, mitigating risk, and delivering customer services.
You will be responsible for dealing with both the support and provide of solutions for their customers, working with colleagues to ensure the best customer outcome.
There is a lot of variety around this role and you will have the ability to work on multiple projects across area such as Incident Management, Project Management, troubleshooting technical problems and implementation.
The essential experience required for the role is:
- Networking products (MPLS/DIA/Layer 2 services)
- SIP Trunking and hosted PBX products and other suppliers including an understanding of SIP
- Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams
- Mobile products, both dealer and wholesale
- Project management, you may not have been certified in this, but you will have experience delivering project for customers and be able to describe the process to deliver a great experience
- Fault management and troubleshooting
