A great opportunity to join a well established and successful Lettings & Estate Agency business based in Motherwell & Cambuslang.

Your role will involve carrying out all aspects of Lettings acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants.


Duties will include:

  • Marketing properties, coordinating and carrying out viewings
  • Negotiating lets, vetting tenants and lease administration/move in
  • Ensuring properties are fully compliant with all regulations prior to and throughout the tenancy
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance liaising with contractors and updating tenants/landlords
  • External appointments property inspections, inventories and check outs
  • Overseeing move out process, resolution of any deposit disputes
  • All connected office work call handling, updating software systems, general admin


Solid IT/admin skills are required, previous working knowledge of Alto or another Letting software package would be an advantage but not essential.

Driving licence/own car essential with mileage and parking paid. Permanent full time post with hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday In return you can look forward to an enjoyable fast paced role in a friendly and supportive working environment


Experience:


  • Previous experience as a letting estate agent is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
