Prospectus is looking for a motivated, people-focussed individual to join our growing Charity Core Recruitment Team as a Trainee Consultant to begin an exciting career in recruitment.

Prospectus is a well-established recruitment company with a significant profile in the 'beyond profit' sector; we work with a huge range of impactful organisations including charities, social enterprises, education establishments and arts bodies.

Our TraineeConsultant programme is an opportunity for an engaged, enthusiastic person with mínimal experience (but lots of potential) to build a career with a leading, values-driven recruitment business.

As a Trainee Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience of the Recruitment Consultant role while undertaking a structured training programme.

Our trainee consultant training programme is in-house but you will also have the opportunity to undertake anexternal formal recruitment qualification through an apprenticeship scheme if this is something that would be of interest to you.

We can provide further information on this external qualification, but there's no obligation to do it if it's not of interest.

You will be proactive, able to use your initiative and will have the ability to multi-task.

Preferably with some sales or customer service experience, you will be enthusiastic and eager to learn Although not essential, an interest in the International Developmentsector is desirable.
