JOB SUMMARY:


Reporting to the Operations Director and working with the Operations and Admin teams, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for securing the required monthly number of Requests for Quotation.


This will be achieved through the conversion of Leads, from projects for new customers and new projects for exiting customers.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:


The SDR will make introductory phone calls to prospective clients, identified through the lead generation process, to inform them of the Flexi Group product range and seek information on the projects and how we would progress to the Request for Quotationstage.


The SDR will be responsible for updating the Sales Force Data Base with contact activity with clients so activity can be tracked accordingly.

On a monthly basis Key Success Indicator (KSI) report will be produced by the SDR detailing

Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

Report to Operations Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
