This global Financial Services business, which has witnessed significant growth in recent years through a number of acquisitions, has an opening for a Tax Consultant to join the business on an interim basis.

The project will focus primarily on global legal entity simplification and restructuring and the Tax Consultant will have responsibility for liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, so as to provide timely and accurate direct tax deliverables as required (predominantly corporate tax and transfer pricing related) as well as ensuring appropriate tax advice and tax project coordination support.

You will form an integral member of the International Tax team, based in Mayfair, and will report directly to the Chief Global Tax Officer, who is based in the US.

You will liaise closely with the Vice Presidents of International Tax (based in London and the US) as well as the EMEA and APAC Head of Legal.

For this stand out project role, it is essential to have previous experience of working on legal entity simplifications and restructuring projects.

Previous Financial services experience will be advantageous but is not essential.

Suitable tax professionals will have the ability to multi-task, proactively manage and support the direction of the global project, at the same time as strategically thinking of relevant tax opportunities and initiatives.
