About the Role


As our Senior HR Advisor, you'll be part of the heartbeat of our HR strategies, making sure we're hitting all the right notes to achieve our business goals.

This means building great relationships with our team leaders, coaching our leaders on all things people-related, and bringing some serious friendliness to our workplace culture Working within specialist areas of HR, this exciting role will also provide support across the PayPoint Group with a focus on the Northern hub.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of agreed HR strategy with given areas of the business
  • Support the business with ER cases
  • Coach and influence leaders in dealing with key people management and development issues in order to drive a performance management culture
  • Provide expertise and influence business leaders on key organisational design and change issues
  • Provide assistance and support to the wider HR team on all people matters so as to ensure the avoidance and/or mitigation of people risks and appropriate handling of sensitive issues
  • Work with line managers to successfully resolve escalated employee relations issues, ensuring that procedure is followed in line with operational and legal requirements
  • Lead and/or contribute to the development and implementation of best practise HR solutions and monitor ongoing performance to ensure delivery of objectives
  • Contribute to the assessment and improvement of HR policy and practice through the gathering of internal feedback, benchmarking and process improvement
  • Identify and facilitate the introduction of new ideas and innovation that support the business growth strategy
  • Identify trends and areas of improvement in relation to HR practices, taking action to enhance working practices
  • Develop, lead and motivate a small team, ensuring that performance is maximised

Essential Skills Required

  • You're a peopleloving HR professional with a knack for employee relations
  • You've got what it takes to work closely with senior managers and executives with your friendly approach
  • You've nailed it in developing and delivering HR practices that match our friendly business needs
  • You're all about bringing harmony to our processes and policies

Pay:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
