A luxury Bicester Village boutique is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Sales Associate.

This boutique treats each other like family and requires someone with a natural desire to support clients and meet their needs while buildingrapport and expanding their client portfolio.

While providing tailored customer experiences and clientelling you will be an ambassador for this brand offering unique and elegant pieces.

Responsibilities:

Providing high level client experience to all customers using tailored sales techniques.
Understand and work to meet KPI's both individual and team based.
Collect client data when completing transactions.
Complete sales via virtual shopping.
Support the team in creating an impeccable environment for clients.
Maintain front and back of house organisation and presentation.
Build rapport with clientele, creating a client list to contact for promotions and marketing.
Provide excellent aftersales service gaining feedback.

You must:

Hold previous experience in a luxury retail environment, completing sales and offering client experience.
Bring a positive and proactive attitude to the team.
Work well as a team supporting colleagues and completing adhoc tasks as required.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be willing to learn and develop your existing skills.
Show full flexibility in relation to shift patterns and working hours.

With 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday required this position also offer great benefits with a uniform allowance and competitive salary from £25,000-£27,000 per annum dependent on experience also offering target-based commission.
