About Us
We are currently looking to grow our team of Exam Invigilators at Laurus Ryecroft.

Our Invigilators play a crucial role in the running and administration of exams; helping children to be successful in their exams by overlooking, assisting and ensuring the exam runs as smoothly as possible.

In addition, Exam Invigilators at the Laurus Trust have access to online training provided by UNISON.

The working hours are:
Part Time, Casual

N.B following successful appointment, all Exam Invigilators supporting the Laurus Trust will be required to sign up to the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Update Service. Should a new DBS be applied for by the Trust, you will need to upload this to the Update Service within 28 days of receiving the certificate._

Job Purpose _

Oversee and supervise examinations and to ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of the examination papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions
Maintain security and confidentiality
Record attendance on the official examination registers

Key Skills & Experience

Sound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A*C) or equivalent
Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role
