£11:58ph + Enhanced Overtime Rate + 6% Pension Contributions

8am - 4pm Monday - Friday

The Role of a Banksman

Directing vehicle movement within the yard, including guiding drivers during loading and unloading operations.

Communicating with drivers and equipment operators to coordinate movements and ensure safety.

Enforcing traffic management rules and regulations within the facility.

Conducting regular safety inspections and reporting any hazards or concerns.

Assisting with the maintenance of equipment and facilities as needed.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Have good time keeping.

Good level of health and safety awareness
