Reporting to our Marketing Manager, as a Creative Artworker you will have a key role within the growing Marketing team in the design of materials used company wide.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, creative artwork for our marketing materials.

It's a fast-paced role within an even faster paced company, so you'll need to be ready to hit the ground running.

This is an office-based role, based in our London office located in Stratford.

This is a role for someone who is ambitious to develop and progress their career within a close-knit team in a rapidly evolving business environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Designing material in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Using your creativity and skill set to help build our brand identity.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to understand the requirements for artwork
  • Taking ownership of branding and design needs of the company.
  • Working closely with all teams within the company to understand their artwork needs.
  • Proactively managing artwork quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Managing the printing of design materials.
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to continually improve the design process for the wider team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong creative design skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Printing Processes, Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital design with knowledge of print design/process.
  • Have a great record of taking, interpreting and delivering design projects within tight deadlines
  • Taking projects from initial concept through to final artwork, to proof checking and approval
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Great at prioritising
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
