Role:
Marketing & Sales Co-Ordinator

Location:
Tewkesbury

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000

Hours:
Full time, Monday-Friday
Our client is looking to expand their team with a Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator based in Tewkesbury.


Job Role:


  • Maintain CRM database of progress on each lead and opportunity
  • Create and follow up quotations with new and existing client base in line with company procedure
  • Process Customer Orders
  • Attend & present at sales meetings, take minutes and distribute
  • Support with the creation of quarterly marketing/communication plan in line with business strategy
  • Implement and follow communication plan
  • Website maintenance adding /removing products, amending pricing structure
  • Design of all outbound media digital & print
  • Content creation for website products & blog
  • Research new opportunities for the sales team as directed

Experience:

  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • External and internal communications & marketing 9 (2 years)
  • Implementation of communication strategy digital media, social platforms (2 years)
  • Experience in sales administration (2 years)
  • Experience of achieving & exceeding KPIs (marketing & sales)
  • Proven experience in a fast moving/changing environment Must be computer literate, accurate and have outstanding customer service skills
