Description
Duties:
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable financial products or services
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

From £25,218.22 per year
