Description

Duties:


  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable financial products or services
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,218.22 per year
