**Job Title: Hire Controller


Location:
Manchester


Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 Basic, Plus Monthly Bonus (OTE £34,000), 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Full Training & Career Progression.

Job Description**:


We are looking for a Hire Desk Controller to come onboard a well-established organisation based in Manchester, who specialise in sourcing a range of construction equipment from within the rental markets and supplying them to their trusted customer base.

This independent organisation is looking for a driven, motivated, individual who wants to become an integral part of a close-nit team.

You will be provided with plenty of support and a highly rewarding bonus structure to incentivise you to maximise you earningpotential.


Responsibilities of the Role:


  • Working as a team in a busy hire desk environment
  • Taking hire enquiries from customers
  • Liaising with third party suppliers to check on machine availability
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure communication efficiency
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
  • Providing high levels of customer service in order to maintain customer relationships

Requirements of Role:


  • Previous experience working as a Hire Controller
  • Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills
  • Previous knowledge or experience working within the plant & tool hire / powered access / site accommodation/ power generation / or construction equipment industries
