They're looking to bring someone in as a Technical Operator and train them up to be a Welder. For the right person who works hard, there are great career opportunities.
Responsibilities of a Technical Operator
- Running starting operations ancillary ops (Projection Weld & Steel Stamper)
- Carrying out preventative maintenance on projection welder and stamper
- Ability to adjust the machine parameters to produce desired results
Skills & experience of a Technical Operator
- Shopfloor experience
- Must be willing to work shifts as the business requires
