Our Glasgow office is expanding, and we are seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to help drive our success to the next level on a remote/hybrid basis.

As a Talent Sourcing Partner for their Contract Team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting high-caliber IT professionals for their key accounts.

This is a warm desk opportunity, with access to a wealth of key accounts and a supportive team to help you succeed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with their clients to understand their IT staffing needs.
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, particularly within contract or temporary staffing.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a highvolume workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven attitude.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies is a plus.
