We are looking for telemarketers to joing our client based in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

This is a full time, permanent hybrid role, working from home and visitng the office roughly twice per month or when required.

calls per day, both warm and cold leads

Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales programme
Answer potential clients' questions
Generate 12 appointments per day
Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules
Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Previous experience in a similar, telemarketer role is essential.

Hours of work can be flexible as long as you work the core hours 10-3 and 10-2 on a Friday.

Extensive training will be provided along with a company laptop, mobile phone and any other equipment needed.
