We have an exciting opportunity for a Groups Coordinator to join our highly successful team in our Central Support Office.

Our Groups Coordinator will work closely with the Sales and Reservations teams whilst independently processing group enquiries. This role will be responsible for the end to end cycle of group reservations in our London properties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to new enquiries, maximising room yield
  • Being a primary point of contact for group bookers
  • Communicating group requirements effectively to operations teams
  • Creating and managing group bookings in the PMS, ensuring the data is accurate and timely.
  • Ensuring all the payment and cancellation policies and procedures are followed up correctly.

What are we looking for?
This role will support 7 properties across London with group enquiries. It would ideally suit an individual that has experience working at multi-property level, or in a groups capacity previously.

  • A commitment to service excellence
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience of handling large accounts
  • A minimum of one year of working in a Reservations Office

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
