Finance Cashier/ Loughborough/ Part Time/ Temp/ £ ph/ Site Based

Macildowie are excited to be recruiting for a motivated, dedicated and experienced
Finance professionalto join a successful and forward-thinking institute based in
Loughborough.

You will take ownership of the
Cashier and
Banking function ensuring a high level of customer service. Consolidating the income generated throughout the business for centralised banking. The role offers flexible working days and hours on a part time basis.


Reporting into a smart, determined and fun manager as well as working within a team that laugh, smile and have fun.

But most importantly are proud of the quality of work they produce. If you are somebody with that similar mentality then you will do wellhere.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Reconciliation and preparation of the banking.
  • Liaising with Cash Transit Company on collections.
  • Consolidating Accounts.
  • Petty Cash organisation and reconciliation.
  • Organising cash, currency and change as requested.
  • Issue receipts for all income expenditure.

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • Experience working with Credit & Debit payments.
  • Knowledge of Reconciliations and cash balancing.
  • Experience using financial systems.
  • Knowledge of Excel and how to use formulae.
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Methodical and organised.
  • A professional approach.
  • The ability to manage your activities and prioritise your work load.
  • Work well as part of a team and on your own as required.
