PURPOSE OF THE POSITITON

Responsible for providing support to customers and maintaining day today processing functions in the office to support the business and all of its operations associated with that function.


Responsibilities:


  • To assist customers via phone with general order queries.
  • To provide support with online communication.
  • Administer and monitor the order processing system and ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
  • To download and record all new results accurately and on time. Ensuring all information is kept confidential at all times.
  • Check that all information is logged and recorded onto the company client management system.
  • Assisting with taking payments via secure online Merchant Management payment system, invoicing, chasing payments over the phone and via the client Management System where necessary.
  • Registering and monitoring customers via the Company Client Management System.
  • Any other business associated with the role.
