Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new challenge? Join our team at Chorley Group, Chorley MG as a Service Advisor

As the face of our aftersales department, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

We're seeking individuals with a minimum of one year's experience in the motor industry, particularly in service advisory roles, ideally with Nissan knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing strong working relationships between service customers and the workshop department.
Ensuring excellent communication throughout the service process to guarantee a superior customer experience.
Handling necessary paperwork and processing payments efficiently.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in the motor industry, as Service Advisor is essential.
No specific qualifications required; however, a good level of computer literacy is essential.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
