MJ Church Ltd are looking to recruit the below on a fulltime permanent position based out of our offices based Nr Chippenham.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR/OUTSOURCED WASTE DEPARTMENT

Job responsibilities include:

Provide an excellent level of customer service to new and existing clients.
Assisting in the daytoday operations of the department such as completing invoices and job tickets, allocation of work and quoting of new jobs.
Sourcing prices from new and approved suppliers and maintaining the relationships between companies.
Ensure compliance documentation for the supply chain is kept up to date and on record.
Dealing with issues between site and supplier in a balanced way.
Assisting the sales team with tender documents and pricing.
Dealing with overflow calls from across the waste division.
Good telephone skills and calm manner

Training will be given on providing quotes for existing & new customers - strong communication skills and a confident manner are essential for this customer facing role.

Full time on a rolling weekly pattern: 8am - 5pm/ 7am - 4pm alternative weeks.

Full training will be provided
