Botleigh Grange Hotel & Spa, an iconic venue will be reopening its doors after an extensive refurbishment project with 62 rooms.

We are a close-knit team of highly skilled and passionate hospitality professionals making us a very exciting business to work for.

We are looking for passionate talented people to join our Team.

This historic country house hotel, set in 14 acres includes fishing lakes, landscaped gardens, outdoor terraces, and adjacent woodland. Botleigh Grange was originally built as a private Country House during the 17th century.

The property is in close proximity to the Hamble Sailing waters and 2.3 miles from the Ageas Bowl cricket grounds.

The Hotel is looking for a Part Time Night Porter:

The role will be 16 hours a week, Saturdays & Sundays

Job Role:
Be accustomed to working night shifts

Oversee the smooth operational running of the hotel throughout the night.
To be on hand to the hotel to deal with and resolve any complaints, problems, disturbances, special requests, or any other enquiries.
Create a strong, guest focused welcome and departure experience.
Ensure safety, security and compliance of the hotel is a priority whilst on shift.
Ensure clear handovers are detailed / provided to the departing and incoming Duty Managers.
Conducting a night audit process
Act as a Fire Marshal in the event of an evacuation
