Are you an expert HR Policy professional with a strong track record working on policy in public or private sector?


We are recruiting for an HR Policy Senior Associate to join the team that comprises of Policy, Reward, Employee Relations and HR advisory.

This is a permanent position and it can be based in Edinburgh, Leeds or London and it can offer up to circa £53,500 depending on skills and experience


What does your day-to-day look like?

  • Part of your daytoday responsibilities will be reviewing our wide range of policies, assessing may need to be updated.
  • Spending time writing policy and submitting for approval.
  • Ensuring to prepare all followup material to facilitate the launch of new policy I.E toolkits and FAQs etc.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on a variety of policy products.
  • Keeping up to date with employment law and best practice knowledge.
  • Adhock work as required

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You have previously had experience of developing HR policies, procedures and guidance
  • You are experienced in understanding and interpreting UK employment law and best practice
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Great stakeholder management and ability to build and develop relationships on all levels
