Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resuscitation and Simulation Lead to join our dynamic team at North Tees & Hartlepool NHSFT.

As the Resuscitation and Simulation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resuscitation training and simulation programs across various departments within our organisation.


The post-holder will provide operational management and leadership for the Resuscitation Team and Simulation Team, including direct line management responsibility for staff within both teams.


The role will involve leading the Resuscitation and Simulation teams to achieve a forward thinking, innovative service and ensure the delivery of high quality simulation and resuscitation based education that is responsive to and meets the needs of clinical services and ensures the best standards of safe and effective patient care.


The post holder will provide a vital link between Resuscitation and Simulation based education and clinical services, which is crucial for the Trust's patient safety agenda, and will require effective collaborative working relationships with all key stakeholders.


The role will also involve working with the Head of Service and other Education and Organisation Development leads as part of the broader senior management team, including involvement with the Trust's upcoming Health and Care Academy.
