What to Expect

  • Delivery Scheduling Coordinator will have a direct impact on UK's and Ireland's monthly Delivery Yield. You will be working closely with the Delivery Operations Manager to ensure that every eligible vehicle in the pipeline is matched to an order and scheduled for delivery. The focus of this role is to support wider business activities and teams across Sales & Delivery by using bulk scheduling tool to achieve our goals and KPIs. You will also be responsible for managing our bulk communication accompanying our scheduling efforts and beyond.
  • There will be an element of project management to lead the market's transition to autoscheduling which will also require a slight shift of your focus and your daily tasks once this transition is concluded.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate matching and scheduling efforts for retail orders in the UK & Ireland
  • Send selfscheduling invites to retail customers and bulkschedule as and when required
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide sufficient level of visibility on scheduling (and other delivery analytics) to a wider business
  • Collaborate with Business Planning, Delivery Hubs, Enterprise Operations and Direct Operations to organize scheduling in line with capacities and other requirements from each of the business areas
  • Adhere to our scheduling SLAs and minimise the gap between the point of matching and the point of scheduling
  • Perform our scheduling activities with highest accuracy, ensuring compliance with capacities and vehicle logistics
  • Safeguard and report on our market's scheduling yield
  • Work directly with the field delivery teams to maximise our scheduling potential and maintain high rates of 'first time right' scheduling
  • Monitor and record the percentage uptake of selfscheduling
  • Suggest and introduce process improvements on regular basis
  • Work closely with Delivery Performance Analyst to maximise our delivery potential and weekly delivery yield
  • Own our salestodelivery SMS flow and send out actionable SMSs daily
  • Support EMEA teams with gathering requirements for automation and test proposed system solutions
