About
We are an expanding International Inspection Company who carry out inspections and sampling throughout the UK, Europe, Tunisia, Morocco and India.
We operate in Petroleum & Petrochemicals, Biomass Inspection, Scrap Metal and Fertiliser Inspections and also do analysis work in our Immingham bases laboratory.
Job description
We are looking for a Trainee Administrator to work as part of our team, full training will be given. This would be suitable for someone who would like to work as part of a small friendly team.
Main Responsibilities
As a
Trainee Administrator you will be learning the following responsibilities:
- Answering the phone and reception duties
- Producing Inspection Certificates on the DGFT Portal
- Liaising with customers
- Posting certificates and sending scanned copies to customers
- Keeping office records updated
- Assisting other members of staff as and when required
- IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Excel
- A keen eye for detail
- A willing attitude to learn and be diverse in their role
- To work as part of a team
- A driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
