Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Project Manager
on an initial 9-month contract.

As the Real Estate Project Manager, you will join a small team dealing with a diverse portfolio managing all UK sites.

The role includes ownership structure, new releases, and supply chain management.

Location:
Filton - 60% onsite

  • Friday, 35Hours per week, 9 Months contract**
    IR35 Status:Inside

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Regional RE portfolio through investments, purchases, leases, divestments and derenting
  • Ensure adequate relationship with internal customers and partners, as well as externals stakeholders (e.g. local authorities, landlords, investors, brokers)
  • Design and develop processes incl. methods & tools to ensure organisational efficiency, cost savings and risk management
  • Manage the Real Estate Database and reporting for regions
  • Manage Financial Opex and Capex expenditure for RE&GZ activities, by tracking spend and forecasting risks and opportunities.
  • Manage RE portfolio tasked by HO GWLRx to ensure development and maintenance of the strategy for property and real estate (incl needs and priorities of the business and exterior factors as well as general zoning)
  • Strategic development of the Regional RE portfolio through investments, purchases, leases, divestments and derenting to support the strategy and operations of the majorityowned entities based on company standards and to ensure optimised use of RE assets.
