Payroll Assistant

PART TIME 24 Hrs/ Week Mon-Wed

Location - Aberdeenshire, UK
Our Client is a global partner of choice in offshore infrastructure and energy pipeline services.

They are urgently looking for a Payroll Assistant to be an active member of the global payroll team ensuring that the companies payroll tasks and duties are completed promptly.

You will also ensure that all audit procedures are completed to ensure compliance.

This is a multi-skilling role where you will be asked to do a variety of tasks from time to time to be able to meet the department needs.

You will be joining a global team that believe in strong work ethic and sharing knowledge.

The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation._

Role specific responsibilities

To help with general administrative duties throughout the payroll department across 13 different countries world wide
Collation of year to date figures on all payroll cycles across the globe
Assist Payroll lead with processing weekly payrolls and collation of data for monthly payrolls
Assist with coordination of outsourced payrolls
