I am currently working with a
highly regarded regional law firm who are seeking an ambitious Property Solicitor to
head up their Residential Conveyancing team at their friendly office near Kingston upon Thames.


This is an exciting opportunity for a
current Head of Department/Partner, _OR_ a
Senior Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer who is
ready to take the next step into a senior management position.



  • My client offers a friendly and personable team environment, along with flexibility (hybrid options), a lucrative bonus structure and generous discretionary bonuses, as well as a busy caseload dealing with HNW individuals, and genuine opportunities to progress. _

Required:


  • Have over 7 years of experience within residential property
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload, whilst supervising and mentoring a team of junior fee earners
  • Consistent and proven track record of billings
  • Have a keen interest in business development, and consistently seek ways in which to promote the firm
  • Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a personable approach to mentoring/upskilling
  • Ambitious and driven

Salary:
£75,000.00-£82,000.00 per year
