Are you a Support, Time and Recovery (STR) worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care that brings the 6 Cs (care, compassion, commitment, courage, communication and competence) to life? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for an experienced and highly committed STR worker for our Homeless outreach team service to support us in ensuring we deliver outstanding patient care.

The service provides initial assessment of mental health needs, alongside intensive home treatment intervention to help promote community health and well-being and social inclusion.

The team operate Monday to Friday 9am til 5pm and provides support to service users homeless in the local community

Shortlisting date is planned for 27th February 2023

Interview date is planned for 6th March 2023
