    Main duties:


This role is responsible for supporting the Director of Governance and Governance Manager in delivering company secretarial services across the Group.

This includes agenda management, accurate minute taking and distribution of papers via an electronic agenda management system.

This role is also responsible for supporting the Policy Manager to manage and develop the Group's policy and strategy framework.
