2nd Line Support Analyst
A brand new and exciting role has recently arose for an 2nd Line Support Analyst with strong skills and knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and Intune to join a leading charity based in Euston, London, however this position can be hybrid.
The 2nd Line SupportAnalyst will work with various senior stakeholders to ensure the IT systems are running effectively and efficiently.
You will work with various technologies and get the chance to learn specialist technologies. It is vital you have had experience of a largeand busy service desk environmentThis is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Support Analyst who has worked 2nd line previously to really take the next step in their career and learn a lot of skills within a fantastic organisation.
You will pick up new skills and really have the chance to developand further your career in line with the companies growth plans.
Skills required for the 2nd Line Support Analyst:
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 36
- A brilliant communicator and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- Previous Service Desk Support experience

Salary:
£32,000 - £35,000
