The Company
Vegware is a dynamic, award winning and rapidly expanding Edinburgh based eco-friendly packaging company. We create innovative catering disposables and food packaging. All our products are made from renewable or recycled materials, and all are compostable. The Vegware range spans cutlery through to tableware, napkins, hot and cold drink cups, and takeaway packaging. We also help our customers find routes to composting facilities through our "close the loop" scheme.

Client Support Advisor
Reporting to:
Client Services Team Leader
The Team
Our Client Services Team are at the heart of our business and support both our great customers and their colleagues across the whole of the Vegware company and that is where you will find our Client Service Advisors.
This dynamic and vibrant team work closely together and independently to deliver superb customer service to all customers across the UK, Europe and beyond.

The Hours
This role is for 37.5 hours per week (excluding lunch breaks). Flexible/Hybrid working is available.
Duties and key responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, inputting orders, enquiries, and issues.
- Follow up, account management and other outbound sales and customer support activities.
- Supporting other teams across Vegware
- Project work to continually improve process and customer service
- General administrative tasks

Skills and abilities
- Articulate and highly motivated with excellent and engaging interpersonal skills
- The ability to confidently tackle multiple tasks, organising your workload and prioritise appropriately
- Flexible and adaptable
- Resilience. Can thrive in a busy environment with team targets.
- Customer focussed
- Inventive, resourceful and engaged in the company
- Great organisation skills
- Experience of working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a customer service environment desirable, but not essential.
- Microsoft NAV experience desirable but not essential.
- Language skills desirable, but not essential.
- Export experience desirable, but not essential.
