The Appointment:
The Programme Delivery Lead will be responsible for the planning and delivery of courses for focused on 'Building Better Customer Service'.
The post holder will be passionate and enthusiastic about delivering customer service programmes, and able to set a professional example of high quality training.
Responsible to:
The post holder is responsible to the Vice Principal - Curriculum and Performance. The post holder will manage a small team of trainers.
The Post:
Duties and responsibilities are wide ranging. They may include but are not restricted to the following depending upon the emphasis in any given post.
- Carry out training and assessment in the workplace and in the classroom and give constructive feedback to learners.
- Meet recruitment targets for learners within assigned project.
- Attendance at marketing events.
- To maintain accurate records of activities carried out within job role and to meet requests for information in a timely manner.
- To develop customised learning materials as appropriate.
- Substitutions for absent colleagues.
- Attend relevant staff development.
- Management and administration
This may include:
- contributing to College administration or the administration of education and training programmes.
- publicity and public relations.
- participation in student monitoring and reporting and course review and project evaluation procedures.
- participation in quality assurance and control procedures.

- To provide information for the self-assessment and course review process in relation to Customer Service provision.
- To carry out any other duties which may be required from time to time and which are commensurate with the post.
It is management policy that roles and responsibilities are reviewed on a regular basis leading to possible modifications where appropriate.
Staff may be asked to undertake other duties as may be reasonably required commensurate with the post, at the initial place of work or at other locations from which the College operates.

Minimum of 3 years previous training experience D A

Salary:
£21,338.40 per annum
Summary of Terms and Conditions of Employment:
There will be an annualised working year of 1,302 hours. The weekly pattern of hours to be worked are commensurate with the needs of the College.
The post holder will be entitled to receive normal remuneration for all Bank and Public Holidays usually observed in England and Wales and to a further 30 days (178 hours) holiday in each holiday year (1 September - 31 August).
If this occurs the taking of annual leave will be directed by the Corporation up to a maximum of 3 days.
Evening and/or early morning duty may be necessary during August, September and January for enrolment/examination registration and general enquiries. Annual leave may not be taken from20 August until the 2nd week in September.
