DNA Recruit is working with an International Media and Events business which seeks to employ a highly experienced, B2B Head of Event Operations - EMEA on a fixed term contract to lead the EMEA Event Operations team in delivering more than 16 events for 2023
This is a Fixed Term Contract position from January 2023 until December months), offering a hybrid working model of 2 days per week in office and 3 days at home.

Main Responsibilities:

Delivering end to end logistics requirements for over 16 events in 2023, collaborating with Associate Directors, Business Development Directors and the Global Head of Event Operations to ensure quality of delivery of events.

Financial management of events, including but not limited to; budgets/P&L's, oversight on revenue figures, etc.
Experience with event sponsorship along with good knowledge of event marketing, design and production of event collateral, event website management, delegate registration, event logistics and operations, on-site event management and post event analysis
The Person

The Head of Event Operations will need to have end to end event logistics experience, specifically within B2B Events (Awards/Conferences/Exhibitions/Forums/Dinners), as well as the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

You will need to be a strong leader, someone who leads from the front, shows passion and enthusiasm and champions best practices.

Further to that, budget management and excellent understanding of financials will also play an important part in this role.
