We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Environmental Health Officer or Environmental Protection Officer to join our Environmental Health team.

You'll be responsible for a wide variety of work covering the areas of environmental protection and private sector housing.


Your responsibilities will include:
- investigating and managing a caseload of statutory nuisance and housing standards complaints
- licensing of houses in multiple occupation
- responding to planning and licensing consultations and
- a range of public health functions.


You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that strives to do the best for our customers, contributes to the wider corporate agenda and supports the development of team members.

You will need to be able to deal with a wide range of customers and prioritise your work in line with service demands.
