Job Summary:


Job duties:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for offline marketing channels such as television, radio, print media, and outdoor advertising can help online grocery retailers reach a broader audience and increase brand awareness.
  • Work closely with inhouse or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts for offline marketing campaign
  • Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
  • Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities

Skills:


  • Proficiency in English (and preferably Mandarin)
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Previous experience in offline marketing or traditional advertising
  • Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Keen interest in customer needs and attention to detail
  • Excellent research skills, particularly in understanding offline consumer behavior and market trends
  • Good customer service skills, with a focus on inperson interactions
  • Basic computer literacy, with an emphasis on software used in offline marketing activities (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for crafting offline marketing materials and messaging
  • Leadership skills, particularly in coordinating offline marketing campaigns and collaborating with external vendors (e.g., printing companies, event organizers)
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging offline marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters)
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for offline brand exposure and customer engagement, such as sponsorships, partnerships, and events.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm inclusive of an hour lunch break

Pay:
From £30,960.00 per year
