Role Overview
This role will be responsible for conducting viewing with prospective buyers, liaising with vendors and coordinating offer submission.

This role requires a can do attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet, whilst always working to ensure the highest standards are executed at all times.

A knowledge of the residential / new homes market would be advantageous but not a necessity.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out viewings across our instructions in West Yorkshire
Arranging appointments, providing post viewing feedback to clients / sales manager
Taking offers and liaising with vendors effectively
Meet and greet clients at properties we are marketing
Liaising with the sales team over appointments and the handover and collection of keys
Registering applicants on to the database

An interest in property and knowledge of the area would be desirable
A driving licence is essential for this position
Ensures compliance of legal, internal and external requirements i.e. Health and Safety, FSA, compliance, Estate Agency Act, GDPR, Bribery Act. Training will be provided.

Team Overview

The northern new homes team sell urban, suburban and country new homes across the north of England for a range of SME and national house builders.

Our main hub office is Manchester whilst we also operate from York, Leeds, Chester and Nottingham.
