My Client, a professional services organisation based in Loughton are looking to appoint a HR Manager to join their team.


Job Purpose:


  • Employee relations
- provide HR advice to Managers, Partners and external clients where required

  • Ensuring monthly payroll is correct
  • Recruitment
- create a talent pipeline using multiple recruitment methods

  • Build relationships with schools and universities to ensure we have a talent pipeline for the work experience programme and for our trainee positions.
  • Provide monthly reports to Head of HR, providing recommendation where appropriate
  • Develop and support HR Administrator
  • Provide support to Managers and Partners in creating development plans
  • Implement HR projects, working with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and collecting data to make future improvements
  • Creating and delivering training

Experience & Qualifications:


  • CIPD level 7, ideally qualified, however at a minimum needs to be working towards achieving the qualification
  • Working within professional services would be beneficial but not essential
  • Enjoys analysing data and providing recommendations on areas to improve upon
  • Commercially astute, with demonstrable experience creating and implementing HR projects that align with the business strategy
  • Ability to talk and adapt to a variety of stakeholders at different levels
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • Curious, asking why and not accepting the status quo
  • Has a growth mind set and wanting to learn and develop themselves
