About the role:

AXA Global Healthcare are recruiting for an exciting new position as Head of Sales Operations.

You'll be an inspired and motivated individual able to support the Distribution team in spearheading its ambitious growth targets in the global IPMI market.

You'll be focused on the delivery of support activities, projects, governance and report management requirements.

What you'll be doing:


  • Support the Global Distribution team on goals, reporting, achievement, and general sales activities.
  • Be the key driver in strategic planning, sales strategy, governance and special projects.
  • Build dashboards via CRM systems to supervise, manage, and provide insights on critical metrics.
  • Support the enhancements of MBR systems across the Distribution team.
  • Build and develop relationships with the Distribution team and Senior stakeholders to increase efficiency and responsiveness in existing and planned operations.
  • Develop models and analysis to support our decision making and strategy.
  • Translate strategy into specific business initiatives, develop operational plans, execute, measure, and iterate.
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Insurers and Finance teams to identify new sales strategies and other opportunities to continuously improve the Inside Sales organization's impact and efficiency.

About you:


What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Consulting, Strategy, or Sales Operations
  • Experience of handling key crossfunctional stakeholders, strong relationship management.
  • Experienced with growth strategies, delivering new initiatives, and challenging current processes.
  • An ambitious generalist already thinking about how they can position the product in the marketplace.
  • A clear communicator, who is comfortable in conducting meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong Leadership skills, with experience of managing a team of people.
  • Proven experience helping organise and provide direction for multiple teams and departments.
  • Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
